AT&T Mail Features

I use Thunderbird as my email client. A few days ago I started the program and found the "Bulk Mail" folder is now a sub-folder in Trash.  Since it's a "reserved" folder linked to "Spam" on the server it can't be moved out of Trash or deleted.  I need help to move the folder back out of T

Using Windows Mail on my laptop, a lot of my mails are coming through in plain text when I think they should be in HTML. No problem on my iPhone or iPad, just the windows laptop. How do i fix this?

AS of May 13th, my SENT emails are no longer showing up in the SENT folder. I haven't changed anything in my account of settings (intentionally).  I have a Yahoo/ATT email account

I have regularly communicate with two Email addresses, a vendor and a service provider, and, recently, Email from both are not appearing in the Inbox folder. I'm assuming being bounced by the Email server for some reason. How can I verify there's an issue with the domains or content? Regards,

Just got my ATT bill and it states they value me as a customer. How much does it really value me as a customer when I have been waiting for a supervisor to call me about an ATT email which warned me about a potential  cyber security  issue. Bet they wouldn't wait the 6 days to follow up
