AT&T Mail Features

I have been receiving a bunch of spam over the last week. Yesterday I sent an email, which was received but when they tried to reply they received a message it was undeliverable.  This morning I looked in my sent file and the email was missing.  I checked both the trash and the archive fo

I'm unable to receive emails to my att.net email address, however, I'm able to. send emails. This is using a browser and Currently.

I am able to use [email scrubbed]  which is my att email addy  when I email a test from ATT.NET . When I try to send to that address from outside of ATT  I get the following message:  

My soon-to-be-ex wife trashed and then permanently deleted everything in our shared inbox, 19ish years worth of mail. Can you please do restore from backup of the inbox? (Yes pw has been changed and recovery email, so she can't do it again) Thanks for your help
