Trade in
Hello, I currently have a family plan for 5 people. I traded in a new mobile phone on May 16, 2023. Now there are 2 family members who want to withdraw from the family plan. One of them is a holder. Will this affect me every month? Credit for trade in? How much will the monthly phone bill become? Thank you!

The account owner needs to transfer account ownership to someone else by doing a transfer of billing responsibility: https://att.com/tobr
If they just port their number, they will still be the account owner.

What do you mean by “one of them is a holder”? In any event, presuming you are the account owner, you’ll just be paying for 3 lines instead of 5. There is no impact on your trade in unless the trade in was done on one of the lines leaving.
