how can I talk to a human to find my account number and help me with billing!

I was trying to reduce what I had to pay before my next due date and they system now says I owe money and turned off my account! I am trying to find a way to talk to a person directly as when I sign in it takes me to another screen and the program to help doesn't show up. The site my log in takes me to is paygonline.com.
