Transfer at&t prepaid cell phone number to New device.
Been on hold or transferred for hours, I need my account number and transfer PIN. Please any assistance appreciated.

You don’t need account number or pin to transfer to a new device. Just move the SIM card. You only need account number and pin to port your number to a different carrier. If you are wanting to port your number, prepaid does not use a transfer pin. You use your prepaid account pin which you set yourself.
