IFWA-40 not working
For over a month, our status light on the device blinks red, showing we have no connection to the network. We have 4 bars signal with our cell phones in the exact same spot. We’ve spoken to AT&T just about every day, done all the power cycle and factory/network resets, they’ve already replaced the router AND the SIM card and the light is still blinking red with the new device/SIM. We’re about to drop our line from our account because we’ve been so disappointed. It worked well for a year and half until the end of August. We’ve had numerous network tickets put in to solve the issue and we’re very unhappy with our results so far.

Hi
I'm facing same issue. I don't know what is the solution of this problem. Please guide me how to resolve this issue.
Thanks!

Well, @Megan_D_Saum seems that we had similar issues but solved it really quickly. Have you tried hard rebooting the device? Not only Windows 10 operating devices do need this from time to time. Let me know, if it worked for you. Cheers!

You know @Fraczak rebooting may not always be workable solution. Our office in Warszawa had to replace the device with new one completely. Sometimes problem is SIM itself. For some people it works, for some doesn't.

It wouldn't surprise me if it was related to this thread.
