Having problems getting to the AT&T Visual Voicemail app.
Hi, I'm having problems with the AT&T Visual Voicemail app on my Alcatel_5005R cell phone and the the problem is in the menu all it is saying is "AT&T Visual Voicemail. View your voicemail at a glance. Play messages in any order, read text copies of your messages, agree to the AT&T Visual Voicemail Teams of service.

Were you able to agree to the Terms and Conditions of the AT&T Visual Voicemail?
If you have previous set up your voicemail box, then before you can access Visual Voicemail, you will need to reset your voicemail password.
Once this is done, then try accessing visual voicemail.
