Att refund card doesn’t work.

Unable to activate my refund debit card from North Lane via phone, app, or website.   Need help

What happens when you try to activate your debit card? Are you receiving any error messages? If you haven't already try contacting the refund processor customer service at 877.200.8555 or help@northlane.com.

 

Activation of the card is simple and secure. It’s no more difficult than activating a credit card.

  • You’ll receive your AT&T my Rewards Debit Card along with instructions on how to activate and use it. Once you receive the card, you can activate online or by calling (888) 373-5801 toll-free. Once activated, you may use your card if you’ve received a reward deposit into your account.
  • For security reasons you’ll need:
    • the 16-digit number that appears on the face of the card
    • the 3-digit card security number that appears on the back of the card
    • the last four digits of the phone number you provided when you originally registered your internal AT&T my Rewards profile
  • During the activation process, you’ll be asked to create a personal identification number (PIN). The PIN can be used to make PIN purchases.
  • Once the card is activated, you’ll be given the account balance and may begin using it immediately.

A REFUND CARD WAS SENT TO MY MOTHER UNDER MY DECEASED FATHERS NAME JEROME (Edited to remove personal information) ACCOUNT# (Edited to remove personal information). SHE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE THE CARD AND WHEN WE TRY TO PUT THE CARD NUMBER IN ON THE WEBSITE THE CARD IS UNAVALIABLE . SHE WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO USE HER REFUND. CARD # (Edited to remove personal information) PLEASE HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM

AT&T refund/debit card doesn't work. Tried four different large stores. Northland bank website is does not work. 

Its the principle, not the $11. AT&T ripped me off on house line phone for years and finally got fed up and cancelled. They also screwed me on cell phone bills 10 years ago. And now they are screwing me on $11 refund. AT&T is a thief. The BoD ran that company into the ground but AT&T’s chief executive John Stankey had a $24.8 million salary in 2021 but is screwing people on their $10 refunds. No wonder their stock is down the drain.

None of the phone numbers provided for North Lane are active!!  I cannot get my att refund card activated.  What;s the deal AT&T?

The website for the ATT refund card is shady.  Could not activate card.  Activated via telephone and then couldn't register the card on the website.  Finally called and they "said" they are going to issue a check.

Check should have been issued initially.

My card is for an OVERPAYMENT!  11/30/22 have tried for over 2 months to activate my $51.20 card, been switched around by ATT on the phone because we can not get people who understand ENGLISH for customer service!   Is this some kind of fraud ATT?  Hoping people will just give up!   

I had all ATT products and will get rid of them (all 5) if they do not correct this!  

Moved and they keep asking for my WIFI tower and I keep calling and telling them to send my Return label and they just won't, a UPS store is over 2 hrs away!

I was able to get into the account for my AT&T refund card from Northlane.  But then they ask you for the secure access code which they send via text to your phone.  Been waiting for over 10 minutes and still did not receive the code.,  The web site is also very slow with slow response times!! What is going on?  AT&T needs to find a better way to issue refunds as Northlane appears to not have it's act together!
