Update 911 Address Error
Been trying to update 911 address for months. Get the following error message every time: Oops! We've hit a bump, but we should have it straightened out soon. Please try again in a few minutes. (ERR0093-WS)
When will this get straightened out?

Let's work together to get your address updated, @ScottHilton.
Have you tried using a different browser or clearing your cache and cookies? Also, please check the way that you're formatting the address because it may not be recognizable. We recommend that you visit the United States Postal Service website to check the correct formatting for the E911 address. You can also try typing it in all caps.
Please keep us updated on how this works for you.

Yes - I had already checked the formatting with USPS. I didn't need to clear out cache and cookies... I was using my phone's settings app to make the update. I also tried all caps - same error.
Again I'll ask - when will this get straightened out or how do I get it updated?

Thanks for your response, @ScottHilton.
Based on the information provided, we'd like to invite you into a DM to look into why you're unable to update your address.
Heads up: The location information sent to the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) is based upon the telephone's specific location in the store and is fed directly into the PSAP's 911 database.
Please keep an eye out for our DM!

Well - it's been a week - and ATT support was useless. Said they were checking in to the issue - never got back with me. I'm calling Verizon... #TrueStory

I've been having this error for 5 hours. I worked with an AT&T rep last night for 4 hours regarding an order for my watch that didn't show up, and today spent 4.5 hours with customer support because my cellular won't work and I'm getting this error.
Customer service nor tech support seems to be able to fix this issue but it's always in regards to the same thing- at some point, another watch was involved with the cellular service or assigned to the cellular number.
Maybe you can consider getting your staff the resources they need to actually fix these issues. Truly can't believe I spent 8 hours dealing with this.

I have the same issue (We've hit a bump, but we should have it straightened out soon. Please try again in a few minutes. (ERR0093-WS)) with iPhone 13 Pro Max on call I tried escalating within Technical Department spent hours on chat and on call
at the end technical department said it’s manufacturer’s issue please call them to resolve it. The service is with AT&T not sure how they concluded that it’s phone manufacturer’s issue.
