Coverage in Colombia

I saw recently that roaming through South America is now covered with the elite unlimited plan I am preparing for a trip to Southwest Columbia where the only coverage will be through the Claro network Is that provider AT&t has a partnership with or should I plan on getting a local SIM card

UNABLE TO CONNECT, CALL DROPS, POOR CONNECTION - WHILE ON WIFI

So what's the (Edited per community guidelines) master password! If I had wanted it set up to require a f-in password I would have done it myself so I at least knew what the F it is!! CPNI letter from AT&T

I received a letter on letterhead purportedly from AT&T informing me that "We recently determined that an unknown and unauthorized person gained access to the number of lines on your account" and referenced Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). Is this a genuine letter from AT&T?

Mobile security plus

In the My AT&T app it says because of the plan I have that I am eligible for the mobile security plus for free. However after downloading the app and getting it set up it’s saying I have to pay 3.99 a month for the services. How do I get it to recognize that I shouldn’t be charged?

I’m roaming on AT&T with a 4g from kenya. It was working well last year. I recently received their message. “Welcome, you are roaming on AT&T. Due to network technology compatibility, traditional voice calls will not work.   Please use data, SMS, and app-based calling” some help please
