Wifi Password
My friends wife passed away. He doesn't know the password to the wifi that was in her name. Is there a way to get it from router or reset the password from the router? The router is all he has access too.

Connecting to the Gateway with an Ethernet cable will allow him to see the configuration including the password.
Unless she changed it, the WI-Fi passphrase is also printed on the Gateway

No unfortunately the password on the router isn't the current password. He knew what they changed it to but they've had people come out since then and do something with the router and Wi-Fi and now that password just doesn't work so that's why I'm trying to find out if there's a different way because he's trying to hook his new TV up to Wi-Fi

Connect a PC to the Gateway via an Ethernet cable (or if it has the Wi-Fi credentials in it, via Wi-Fi) and go to http://192.168.1.254 , the value should be available if you click "Click here for details". If you're prompted for the Access Password, that too should be printed on the side of the Gateway.
If you're still having problems, you can perform a factory reset by holding in the reset button for 15 seconds, and that will change the passwords to the values on the sticker. However, currently connected devices would then have the wrong values and have to be fixed.
