your internet is terrible

Okay because my mum is cheap she decided to bundle our internet, TV and phones. And i gotta say Direct TV is good for watching shows, you have decent celular service and your sorry excuse for internet is terrible. I mean i've used AT&T for internet for about 4 years and i have absolutely nothing good to say about it. Not only is your sorry excuse for internet bad but your customer service is a joke too. I mean how much do you pay these guys minimum wage? I'm 18 and i probably make more money then them being a model. (6 figures) So this page isn't being used to ask a question it's just a suggestion. One, make your internet usable, none of this 10mbps download trash, and this 3mbps upload garbage. Two, have costumer service providers that know what they're taking about and actually train them. And lastly make sure your internet can handle more than two computers at a time. Your internet is a complete joke and so is the worker reading this. I've finally convinced my mum to get rid of your trash internet and it's about time. Hope you have fun reading this good day!
