stand-alone internet
Our bill had been $46 when we had a land-line phone. We cancelled that line, but kept the internet. Now our bill is $51. Is that because we only have internet? Is that what stand-alone means on our bill? Is there a real reason the cost had to go up?

Compare the old bill to the new bill….
bundled services would have had discount(s), removing a product from the bundle means those discount(s) would no longer be applicable.
If you also changed the internet speed tier when unbundled could also explain the rate change.
