How do I get an AT&T Junction Box installed?
Help. Moving to a new home in 3 weeks. I have been told ATT is not in range of the house despite half the street has ATT. I was told a junction box has to be installed. Who installs this?
Help! My kids are virtual for school and I need internet service.

When you check your address at https://www.att.com/availability/, do you show service available at your address? If so- Great. If not.... do neighbors on either side of you (not across the street or around the corner) have service? If so, call 800.288.2020 and request an address verification; you can also use https://www.att.com/shop/unified/availability/address-research-request.html. Usually takes 2 - 3 weeks to resolve. If none of the above is the case, then you're out of the service area.

if they arent in range they arent in range, not sure who told you a junction box will get you service.
