Unable to pay online

I'm trying to pay my monthly bill online, and keep getting this message, "There aren't any active accounts on this User ID. Try signing in with another ID. Or to make a payment or manage an active account, add that account to this ID". This is ridiculous, because my internet account is definitely active. I've been paying it on time each month, and now it just send me to the above message every time I refresh and try to click on payment.

This is the screen I keep getting when I try to pay. This has never happened before, what should I do?
