I am not able to login to my account to check my bill, data usage, for several weeks now. I keep getting a temporary system error

I keep getting a Temporary System Error message reads unable to retrieve account information try again later. This has been ongoing several weeks now. I have called custoner service but they have no explanation why this is happening.
