Fiber install on new power lines

Hi all -

I have a few acres and a home outside of San Antonio in Bexar county and the electric company (CPS) notified me they are going to be changing out the electric poles on my property.   

Does anyone have a contact for AT&T to see if they can also replace the existing copper lines with new Fiber at the same time the electric poles are changed out?   The electric, telephone, and cable tv run on the same poles.
