Google Nest Wifi Router + 5268AC FXN

Hello, I currently have ATT Fiber with the 5268AC router.  I have the router directly connected to my Google Nest wifi mesh network.

I am trying to figure out how to create a pass through for my router. Essentially, I want the Google Wifi to be the main router that directly connects to the main network. Currently I have two wifi networks (ATT and my Google wifi). My google wifi does not have access to the printer directly connected to the ATT Router.

Searching online, I found several articles about configuring the IP Passthrough under the firewall section. However, when I log into my router, I do not have that section as an option.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Your model calls the feature "IP Passthrough" by the name "DMZplus".  It's pretty much the same feature though.  You should be able to click on "Applications, Pinholes and DMZ" to get to this feature.

Thank You Jeffer,

  • Once I DMZplus mode, I'm assuming I have to restart the ATT router and Google Wifi router.
  • How do I then turn off the ATT wifi?

It would not hurt to restart the Gateway after.  You will need to restart your Google router.

I'm not sure exactly what the selections are to turn off the Wi-Fi on that Gateway.  On BGW Gateways, it's under Home Network > Wi-Fi and you disable the Home (and Guest, if necessary) SSID.
