When will mine arrive?

AT&T said it was shipped over a month ago, haven’t received anything yet. I live in Hawaii, and at the moment have no service at home.

The cell booster has been out of stock for over a month.  No back orders.

If you want one, you can purchase one from AT&T now. They may have one at your local AT&T corporate store, or you can order online and have one shipped to you.

@LostinHawaii  Did you receive a confirmation email with tracking information or did AT&T just say they were going to send you one? Were you able to order it thru the second email with the weblink in it?

Sounds like AT&T said they were going to send you one and you should receive it in a few weeks but the order never went thru. Which was an all-too-common occurrence with Support. If you haven't received it by now, then you probably won't and will have to purchase it online from AT&T.

Thanks for the replies, I appreciate it. Guess I’ll have to purchase one, zero coverage at home is not an option

Many AT&T promises, but none fulfilled….take care of my parents who are disabled and AT&T promised that we’d always have coverage.

Are your phones WiFi-C capable? Keep in mind that your phones need to meet the AT&T post-3G cellular requirements now. They should but you might want to make sure before you purchase a Cell Booster. See my Cell Booster Guide, link is in my sig line.
