Replacement Booster....
I recently got an email about 3G ending and that my microcell would no longer function. I was offered a FREE AT&T Cell Booster. I have to click on a link in the email to accept the device. The link did not work. I contacted support. They were unable to help me and assured me that it would eventually show up. Curious if anyone else has had similar experiences? Did the device eventually show-up? An suggestions on other steps I should take to try and get a replacement unit?

Hello @jayangus, we understand your concerns with needing to replace your microcell with your new AT&T Cell Booster and we want to help.
We'd definitely advise for you to attempt to access the email using a different device or browser. If you're still unable to access the link, please let us know the make and model of your device so that we're able to provide you with device specific troubleshooting steps.
We'd also like to offer more helpful tips that can assist you when websites aren't working or loading. Feel free to review and let us know how this information helped!
Thanks for reaching out to the AT&T Community!

@jayangus The link is broken and AT&T is having difficulties fixing it. Either clear all of your caches or try a different browser. You can also try to copy the address and paste it into a private browsing window and see if that works. Support really hasn't a clue because they are not being told what the actual problem is.

I tried all of the above again. I have tried multiple browsers. I will try incognito mode again.

Thanks for responding @jayangus.
If that doesn't work for you, try going to the site via this link, entering your phone number, and following the steps from there.
Please let us know if you are able to do so!

@ATTHelp That link does not work either. It simply goes into a loop of logging in and out of my account. It did this for both Chrome and Edge.

Thank you for trying that @jayangus.
Let's try accessing it via this link instead; on our end, this one opens in Edge, Chrome, and Firefox.
If that doesn't work, please let us know and we'll look into other options for you to get your Cell Booster.

@ATTHelp Opening up a link internally is very different from opening up a link externally.
@jayangus I've messaged my contact in AT&T about this so we'll see. Complaining from customers and then have someone internally do the same may start to get the wheels moving. No guarantees.

We'll be happy to look into this for you @jayangus.
The second link provided is a customer-facing link that we've tested both internally and externally. We'd suggest either clearing your cache and cookies in your browser, trying a different browser, or attempting to access it via a different device altogether.
You could also try typing the url out: https://acceptfreephone.att.com/
If that still doesn't work for you, please check your Direct Message Inbox (it’s the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums) and we can proceed from there.
