Our iPhones gurgling
Incoming calls to our iPhones at home (X and 12 models) are received but callers tell us we sound like we’re under water. Seems like it’s a reception service issue. Thoughts please. Thank you.

I assume this is referring to calls coming in while your connected to the Cell Booster? This is the Cell Booster sub-forum.
If this is a cell booster question, if callers sound ok to you but you don't to them then you might want to check your upload speed. Do you know what you get? (try a service like speedtest.net )

Hello @73blazer, we're happy to help with troubleshooting steps if your Iphone is having service disruptions.
First if you haven't already, lets check for any known outages in your area. Feel free to go online and enter your full address under the wireless section if you're inquiring about a wireless hotspot or phone. For all other services, you'll need to enter your zip code under the AT&T internet section. Check our AT&T Map to see the types of coverage in your area.
Also, we'd like for you to take a moment and utilize our AT&T Wi-Fi Calling feature. With an eligible plan, device and Wi-Fi connecting you have access to this feature at any given time. This feature allows you to be connected to our network without using cellular data.
Sometimes, your wireless device or its settings can cause connectivity issues. Make sure you have your device handy and try this:
Try the steps above to resolve service issues, you can also visit the manufacter help page for additional troubleshooting steps for common solutions for Iphone users. We're here if you have any questions. Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.
