I just want to say thank you from everyone that you have helped in this forum. As I understand it......your not an employee of ATT and you still spend your own time to help all these people out and that is a modern day miracle. It is hard to find people that will make way for the elderly and watch out for children and say excuse me in the mean time. To find someone that feels the calling to just help out because they can out of the goodness of their heart is RARE! I appreciate you because I thought I just had an expensive paper weight that I didn't pay for at this point......the old one worked great. NOPE!! The GPS light was amber all this time.

Thanks. And yes, I am not an employee of AT&T nor have I ever been. The same is true for the other ACEs who volunteer their time and experience to help AT&T customers. We all support each other and do our best to help where we can. It has been a very unique and wonderful experience working with the other ACEs on this and other AT&T forums.
