Nokia Cell Booster
Do these cell boosters just go bad? Mine has disconnected a few times, but I have always been able to reset it. The last time it went offline, it would not reset. I have tried all possible reset options that ATT suggests, but no matter what Ido, I can't get past a blinking white poer light and a blinking amber internet light. The unit is less than 6 months old. If it is bad, will AT@T replace it? Thank you.

@kellevy If the power light is flashing then either check the outlet that it is connected to or check the ac adapter with a voltage meter. The output voltage on the adapter is 12v but it should read much higher without any load applied.
Have you made any changes to the setup since Initial Activation?
I believe the warranty is one year but check the minimal documentation that came with it.

Thank you OttoPylot. The booster is plugged into a powerstrip with several other electronic devices that continue to function normally, but I will certainly check.
My setup remains the same as it was during initial activation.

Connect the ac adapter directly to a wall outlet just to rule out the power strip. The power strip shouldn't make a difference but it can't hurt to rule it out.

Hey there @kellevy, we want to help you with getting your Cell Booster connected and functioning properly.
We want to thank our ACE @OttoPylot for the helpful suggestions they've provided to you.
To start, we recommend you plug your Cell Booster into a wall socket rather than a power strip. We also want to add that if your status light flashes, you'll need to restart your Cell Booster. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet for at least 10 seconds, then plug it back in. It may take up to 30 minutes for the status light to turn solid white.
Give these options a try and feel free to reach back out and let us know if this worked for you.
Thanks for reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums for help.

@kellevy You also might want to read my Cell Booster Technical Guide, the link is in my sig line. Much more comprehensive information than you will ever get from Support.

We want to get to the bottom of what's going on with your cell booster, @kellevy.
We recommend that you take a look at the user guide for your cell booster. Just simply scroll to section 24 of page 35 for a detailed chart, that displays different device conditions indicated by color. For example, the blinking amber light could mean a network authentication issue and a blinking white light could mean a software download issue.
Our second recommendation is to use our wireless support resource for step-by-step instructions for troubleshooting your cell booster. All you do is select the type of cell booster that you have and select the issue that you're having. Please let us know the results, and we'll be here if you need additional assistance. Thanks for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums!

@kellevy The link that NelsonR of ATTHelp posted is to my Cell Booster Technical Guide, which I mentioned in my response to you. It is not an official AT&T Support document but is much better than anything AT&T has.
The second link is AT&Ts "support" document which offers very minimal help.
