CellBooster 4G
I am trying to hook up my new cell booster but can't get past the blinking, white power light. I am using the power supply that came with the unit and have tried multiple outlets which are 'known good'. I have registered it. It is plugged in to the correct ports. (ex computer engineer, I knew to check them first).

1. Is the GPS antenna firmly in place (it should snap or click when inserted) and is the receiving end attached to a window or on a window sill?
2. The ethernet cable is directly connected from the yellow enet port on the Cell Booster to an open LAN port on the router or gateway?
3. Have you power cycled the router/gateway and the Cell Booster?
4. Have you Reset the Cell Booster?
5. What does the Status page indicate on the mobile app?
6. Who is your ISP?
7. Have you read thru my Tech Guide? The link is in my sig line.

Do you use Spectrum supplied equipment? What does the mobile app say?

mobile app said it couldn't find it. I did however finally get hold of somebody (Michelle) that was patient enough to walk me thru deleting it and starting all over. After starting from scratch and doing it all again, it finally installed and is working
