Cell Booster

The GPS signal is solid orange. There isn’t enough wire to move the GPS antenna near a window as instructed without redoing the whole room. What would you suggest?

@NJBOOM148  See my Cell Booster Guide, link is in my sig line.

There are extension cables that you can purchase online.

OttoPylot - Given that I am 'unedumacated' in this type of technology, your Guide has very little information that I can use, and seems to be 4 years old. I have a Nokia SS2FII Femtocell Multi-band SOHO and am trying to solve problems with an AT&T flip phone. I'll figure something out.

@NJBOOM148 Did you look at the correct Guide? The AT&T Cell Booster Technical Guide was updated in May (2022). The Cellular Booster Guide is a few years old but the information is still accurate for cellular booster.

Cellular Boosters are an entirely different technology from AT&T's Cell Booster (which is still a femtocell like the MicroCell was).

If you need an extension for the GPS antenna you can find them online as long as you get the correct connector ends, which is mentioned in my guide.

If you are trying to use an AT&T flip phone, it needs to meet the phone requirements as listed in my Cell Booster Tech Guide. Basically, you need an LTE capable phone with HD Voice (AT&T's version of VoLTE). Please read thru at least the Introduction part of the AT&T Cell Booster Technical Guide.
