Cell Booster will not activate

I have had set up for over 24 hours and power light flashes and internet light is orange and stays solid. Talked to ATT tech support Saturday 3/26/22. They had me Disconnect through the ap and we reregistered it. Got conf. Email for that but nothing since. GPS is hooked up and everything is on a windowsill. Ethernet cable is in the same router port as was used for my MCell. Help!

@Bryons1  Did you power cycle your router/modem/ and the Cell Booster? Have you tried to Reset the Cell Booster?

I'm not a fan of de-regisgtering/re-registering unless you wait at least a day or so between the two actions. The reason being is that sometimes the system is slow in processing the de-registration request and if you send another request to re-register too soon, the system has issues with conflicting requests and can lock the account.

Yes I did. Called today and was told their system showed it was still in the activation process

It could take quite some time for it to clear the system if that's what the problem is. Power cycling shouldn't hurt anything and it may kickstart the process. All of this is covered in my Tech Guide, link is in my sig line.
