Can't get antenna to connect to Cell Booster
I can’t get the antenna to connect to the jack. Is there some trick to pushing the antenna in?

Firmly, but carefully push the antenna into the Cell Booster. You should hear or feel a click when it is inserted correctly. If you can't push it in without damaging the unit you may have to send it back for a replacement while it is still under warranty. There have been a few reports of stubborn antennas not fitting snugly into the antenna port.
