AT&T free cell booster.
I received a letter from AT&T stating that the microcell was not going to work any more. IT said go to at&t.com/acceptmydevice and register for a free cell booster. However, that link does not work. What now?

Hey there, @mowanlark! Let's help you with that unresponsive link so that you can order your new Cell Booster.
We recommend that you try the steps that @OttoPylot provided:
Also, some customers have reported that disabling Wi-Fi on their mobile device (smartphone or tablet) and using cellular data has helped to access that center to place that order.
To learn how to disable Wi-Fi, visit AT&T Device Support. Once you have selected your device's make and model choose Connectivity followed by Wi-Fi. Follow the instructions as provided.
Give this a try and let us know how this works for you!

@mowanlark Keep trying. The link has been broken for awhile and AT&T is trying to fix it. What some have been able to do is either clear your caches and try a different browser or copy the link, open a private browsing window, and paste the link. It also works best if you use your computer and not mobile device like a phone.
Or, you can try this and see if it works: Cell Booster Accept

Turning off Wi-Fi means no service at all for me. My data or phone doesn’t work without Wi-Fi or I wouldn’t need the booster.

@Jtuten1 The point of turning off WiFi is just for trying to use cellular only for accessing the link in the email. That tip has worked for some. We recommend leaving WiFi enabled at all times once the Cell Booster is up and running so that all data is via WiFi and the Cell Booster handles voice only.

None of the above has worked for me. I've tried my mobile device and two different computers, but the link just cycles through a login attempt, followed by a "logout successful" message continuously. I've also tried multiple browsers (Chrome and Edge) and clearing cache, all end with the same result.

@pkoteras Just keep trying. WiFi disabled and then using cellular only appears to work for most, but not all. 3G goes away tomorrow so maybe AT&T will have the resources free to finally fix the link.
