Blocked New Phone
I just bought a new iphone and unboxed it and all. When i activated the phone, it was carrier locked and when i went to your website to unblock it, i learned it was reported lost or stolen. Now what do i do to get my phone unblocked?

Where did you buy the phone from? If you bought it from a third party, or outside of the U.S., it could well be stolen. The fact that it’s new in the box doesn’t mean anything. Brand new phones get stolen from stores, warehouses, mail, porches, and so on. If the phone has been reported lost or stolen, it’s been blacklisted, and won’t be unlocked.

You do whatever you have to do to get your money back. If the phone is marked as lost or stolen and you didn't buy it directly from AT&T, you got scammed

You've been scammed. Either get your money back or you just purchased an expensive iPod. AT&T can't, and won't help you.
