IMEI not recognized
We purchased several new AT&T Samsung A03S phones from Walmart. All but one activated fine.One, says the IMEI isn't recognized, but its clearly an AT&T prepaid phone... please advise.

It's likely the phone wasn't scanned out correctly and this is a point of purchase error. Call AT&T and provide them with the information from your purchase receipt and the IMEI of the phone you're having a problem with.
