The Active Armor support for iPhone

There is no way to report bugs about the Active Armor app. There is no useful links to do so:

- Active Armor's Settings -> Help gives https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1185527

- App Store -> Active Armor app -> App Support gives the same URL

It is not giving any means to ask for help or contact the developers.

Some of the 1-star reviews have commented that you can mail details to g05043@att.com . I e-mail a few times but in neither case there was a response from a human. The reported problems were not addressed either. Reporting to zendesk has the same effect.

What's the official way to report issues with the app?
