ATT Thanks not working

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with signing in to AT&T THANKS. Eligible AT&T customers are automatically enrolled in AT&T THANKS. If you have an eligible service with AT&T, benefits will automatically be available to you. When signing in to the AT&T THANKS app, you will use the same User ID that you would normally use for myAT&T. If you haven't done so already, you can follow the steps at this link to Create your User ID. If you're still unable to sign in to  AT&T THANKS, we recommend that you sign in to myAT&T as an alternative way to access AT&T THANKS under My benefits and rewards on your Account overview page.

Except there is no ATT Thanks app on iPhone anymore. It's in the MYATT app. And no matter how I try to access ATT Thanks, I always get sent to the support page. And I would think having the most expensive unlimited plan would be eligible service.

We understand the impact of when our one of our websites won't load. I have submitted a ticket about the AT&T Thanks website. Until a resolution is provided, we would recommend using the myATT app, checking under your benefits section. You  can also text MYATT to 8758 to download the app.

Well it’s been a month and this still isn’t working. It tells me to download the myATT app from within the myATT app. It’s so ridiculous. We’ve already decided to switch companies. Just can’t decide if we’re going to go with Verizon or Tmobile.

I've been trying to resolve this issue with the AT&T team. 

You can get to AT&T THANKS from within the myAT&T app only if it decides to show you the card for it.  If--for reasons yet unknown--that card doesn't appear, there's no getting there from the myAT&T app.  The AT&T THANKS app got killed 2-3 years ago.

You can go to https://att.com/mythanks from a web browser, though you may have to try that a second time after logging in on the first try, because it doesn't remember where you were after the login redirect.  Or, you can just log in to https://att.com and then click on Account menu ( your name in the upper right corner ), and then REWARDS.

For the foreseeable future, the only rewards that I see being given out are on Friday, so even if you were to get there on a day other than Friday, you're likely not to find anything.  So... try the link in a browser and make sure you can see the Friday Rewards... then come back on Friday.

I've been playing the instant win games on Fridays, linking from MY ATT&T Thanks section on the mobile app.,
As of today 2/3/2023 the link is broken it redirects to help page
i checked on the mobile website too (THANKS is in the left nav dropdown menu), saw the Thanks page for a second before it redirected to the Help page

on desktop i can't find Thanks at all

there are two or 3 weeks remaining in the Friday game series.  How is ATT going to fulfill the Sweepstakes and partner agreement (Att, target, domino's and starbucks gift cards)

i suspect ATT thanks will be shuttered when the Game ends. it seems to exist to complete the instant win program that has been going on for years. 

I just logged on to my AT&T account, clicked REWARDS (under account) and it took me straight to the page.  When I saw that today's giveaway was Domino's, I just abandoned it.

I don't disagree... AT&T THANKS seems to be a red headed step child since they stopped the Tuesday Tickets at the beginning of the Covid outbreak.

@JefferMC  appreciate the effort you've put into this bug. I tried clicking Rewards under Account (per your earlier note), multiple times on different browsers, and in new sessions  - i get redirected to the Support page every time

i was going to verify this before i posted but i'm being asked to authenticate my identity again and again...<-- a different issue. The customer service rep said the verification bug is being worked on, and he elevated ATT Thanks issue to his supervisor. you

since you can access Thanks, when does the Friday game end? you might want to play. odds are good you'd win! 

I thought Rewards was for ATT Rewards cards [which i now see is in the ATT rewards center - not within my att aka att.com]

@ATTHelp  where are you?  5 months since you commented on this issue, 9 days of silence after being tagged. 

As was said above, there are rewards listed for several more weeks.  Some of which I might try scratching off.  Once that happens, whether there will be more or not, or something different, is anyone's guess. They've done other promotions irregularly; it might depend on the marketing budget.
