ATT Thanks not working

I have been unable to access ATT Thanks ever since I switched over to ATT last month and calling in to customer support has been no help. I always get sent to the support page when clicking the link on the website or in the mobile app. Is it permanently broken?

Hello @fps139, we are here to help you with logging into your AT&T THANKS.

 

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with signing in to AT&T THANKS. Eligible AT&T customers are automatically enrolled in AT&T THANKS. If you have an eligible service with AT&T, benefits will automatically be available to you. When signing in to the AT&T THANKS app, you will use the same User ID that you would normally use for myAT&T. If you haven't done so already, you can follow the steps at this link to Create your User ID. If you're still unable to sign in to  AT&T THANKS, we recommend that you sign in to myAT&T as an alternative way to access AT&T THANKS under My benefits and rewards on your Account overview page.

Except there is no ATT Thanks app on iPhone anymore. It's in the MYATT app. And no matter how I try to access ATT Thanks, I always get sent to the support page. And I would think having the most expensive unlimited plan would be eligible service.

We understand the impact of when our one of our websites won't load. I have submitted a ticket about the AT&T Thanks website. Until a resolution is provided, we would recommend using the myATT app, checking under your benefits section. You  can also text MYATT to 8758 to download the app.

Well it’s been a month and this still isn’t working. It tells me to download the myATT app from within the myATT app. It’s so ridiculous. We’ve already decided to switch companies. Just can’t decide if we’re going to go with Verizon or Tmobile.
