Can't login to the u-verse app

I have posted before and had someone tell me they were working on it and I would know it was fixed when I could login successfully. That is terrible costumer service and not being able to login to the app for over three weeks is absurd. It tells me I need my login information but I am putting everything in correctly. Someone need to email me immediately to get this resolved. I am seriously considering leaving AT&T completely because of how (Edited per community guidelines)ty this customer service has been. I got u-verse because it gives you the option to watch on the go. I have not been able to do that for weeks yet I am expected to pay the same amount for this time period? Absolutely not. Get this fixed immediately.

There have been suggestions made in many of the threads on the same issue.  Check which att.net ID is associated with Uverse TV account or create a subaccount email address.
