HBO Go activation says my subscription does not include HBO
I have HBO as part of my Uverse TV package.
When I try to activate HBOGo, I get the following error:
It appears that your AT&T U-verse subscription does not include HBO. HBO GO is available free to AT&T U-verse customers who subscribe to HBO. If you believe that you received this message in error, please contact AT&T at 1-800-ATT-2020 or visit http://www.att.com/uverse. If you would like to sign up for HBO, you can do so directly from your television by going to channel 9910 and following the instructions. You may also call AT&T directly at 1-800-ATT-2020 or visit https://www.att.com/olam.
I've uninstalled and re-installed the HBOGo app, and restarted my Apple TV and my computer. Neither of these fixes anything.

Welcome to the Community Forums! I am sorry to hear you have not been able to login to your HBO account on the HBO App. I would be glad to help!
First you want to do is verify you are using the correct http://soc.att.com/2JABD84 email address to log in. You can verify it here.
Also, there is a limit on the # of devices that can log in and this will prevent some devices from logging in.
If you are using another U-verse internet connection besides your to login, this can cause a minor issue. The system has been setup to auto-log you in while you are at home. If you log in using another U-verse internet account, step 3 is a necessary.
