Cannot Sign-In with Unlimited Elite Plan - Customer Service unable to help- "We need to verify your subscription loop"

Spent 5+ hours with att support in various departments and they keep bouncing me around to Technical Support, Advanced Technical support, Password Support, ATT Watch Now tv support , FAQ pages and one of the reps even told me to go to a ATT store to figure this out. Seriously, I was sold and upgraded to ATT unlimited Elite plan saying you get HBO Max included and after 6 weeks they still cannot figure out on how to get me to be able to login ?

All paths including startwatchinghbomax url , verify , att watchnow url to resetting password, nothing helped and one rep told me you are not eligible because you have unlimited Elite membership :)

I've got the same issue which is insane ecause I keep getting these messages from AT&T by SMS:

AT&T Free Msg: Did you know HBO Max comes with your Unlimited Elite plan? To start streaming, just go to att.com/DownloadHBOMax and sign in using your AT&T user ID and password. Compatible device req'd.

Hi @, let's take a closer look into getting you access to HBO Max with your Unlimited Elite account.

 

We would need a little more information from you to be of further assistance:

  • Do you have multiple AT&T services and AT&T User IDS? This may cause an error in verifying your account, as you'll need to sign in with the wireless ID associated with HBO Max. (ID USED TO CREATE).

You may want to call AT&T and ask to speak with the Digital Assistance Center. Here they will be able to ‘re-synchronize’ your my AT&T & HBO Max accounts, so that you can log into HBO Max using your my AT&T credentials.
