Fiber burial operator destroys yard.

I live in a new housing development with new sod and grass seed so when I got a text message on July 13th saying that AT&T is coming out to bury my new fiber I figured they'd "be gentle" as the neighbors have had no problems with their cable getting buried.   I come home from work to see the sod and seeded grass area rutted and tore up.   I sent a message and pictures to the person who buried it asking what he did to my yard, no answer.   I also sent this message to my In Home Expert.  I did get a phone number and email for bwire from my Expert but that's getting me nowhere.  No response from email and phone calls always say someone will come look at tomorrow.   It's been 2 weeks now and I'm not getting anywhere it's always the same "in 24-48 hours someone will contact you and verify damage."  Here's a couple picture.

It's now August 8, 2022 and still nothing but the run around.   When I finally talk to some one they all apologize and say they will take care of it.   Been on 2 other Forum pages and have tried both suggestions.   Getting nowhere with ATT Sedgwick either as I don't have a claim number just a reference number.  Being on hold for 80 minutes so far today is a joke.
