About me

So far activating a bundle with AT&T has been the biggest mistake of the decade for me. We have Fiber 2 AT&T unlimited elite plans on 2 new phones (iPhone 12 and Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G) with installment agreements, ProTech, and Next. Had I known in late-Feb 2021 what I know now about AT&T their total lack of account/billing/wireless support, I never would've activated. Instead I would have run far, far away! They botched my plan from the get go, and every time they say their "fixing" their error, I see more one-time charges. Still don't have data service on S21U. I have a faulty SIM and broken android on the S21U. The account still not bundled, and it has an unknown, unauthorized 3rd 828 number charges not refunded to acct. Paid many additional charges we never owed since Feb. Will we just remain in this total nightmare for 28 more months?
