About me
Armed Forces Volunteer, Volunteer for any activities to help the community. Cancer 5K, Health related. Homeless Shelters. Ronald Mc Donald's House. Community Health awareness. etc. Advocate for senior citizens, Adopt one and care for them and grant them some quality time talking listening, Lunch. My Volunteer Work is for free they do not pay volunteers, however I am very happy giving back to the community. I am very bless by the opportunity to do it. I join the community since AT&T is my prefer company when it comes to Telephone service. for many years. They are unique in their Customer service at 99.9 %, The reason I say that is that unfortunately only a few times have I had a poor customer service experience, everyone else have exceeded my expectations, I must say just we are outsource and indeed we are speaking to customer service staff from foreign countries however they do pretty well, and rarely do they not accomplish what we need. So basically if you want to speak to someone in the USA, call during business hours Monday to Friday, which it has been my experience, at all other times you may be speaking to someone in CANADA, or Central or South America, of Philippines, or India. Please Keep in mind they work their best for very little amount of money. Vs. what we required and with less benefits that we demand. Let us be courteous and treat others as we wish to be treated. Let us ask for their name write it down and understand that they are working to feed their families like anyone of us are doing. AT&T may have problems like any other company with the services failure, intermittent signal, or availability to signal, poor at many times, towers problems. However they do know how to take care of you when you call, they check and process everything in detail. I had problems with my UVERSE, with my cell phone LIke any one else, we have two separate accounts. Yet I must admit that I feel more confident having them taking care of my needs and my family when it comes to service. When I see how much my friends pay other companies such as Verizon, who’s signals seems to be better and stronger and you can get it anywhere, yes however they take a lot of money of your pocket They give their client refurbish phones Vs. new ones. AT&T treats their clients like royalty for the most part. That is one of the reasons that I will continue with their service. I recommend you try the other companies and you will be back to AT&T. Simply because they are the best at keeping their clients. Happy AT&T may have problems like any other company with the services connections, intermittent signals, or availability to signals, poor at many times, towers problems. However they do know how to take care of you when you call, they check and process everything in detail. I visited Verizontheir store at Coral Gables, and I was not impress for the same package I have they could not match AT&T, they want it more money. So here I am happy with their great customer service whenever there is a problem is not their fault. technical problems. we have plenty of staff that could provide us with services, until they reach the goal of supplying us with what we ask in the first place. They are number one in my list. by the way, I do not work for AT&T. I am just a customer like you. Have a blessed day.
