Retail store added the wrong phone to my plan

A corporate ATT stor added the wrong phone to my plan in June 2022 and we have been getting charged for it. I got an S22 they added a Samsung ultra. I never had a Samsung ultra. I did like it but they didn't have any in store and with my Note 9 originally I wanted to downsize so I opted for the S22

How long will it take for AT&T to process my return after I deliver it to USPS?

My trade-in phone was delivered to USPS on 1/12/23. It was "Picked up by the Shipping Agent" on 1/13/23. When I review my trade-in status, it still has not updated. How long will it take to process after being delivered to USPS?

DirecTV cancelling Newsmax

I am a 12 year subscriber to DirecTV & have had AT&T cell service for 15 years. I am EXTREMELY disappointed that DirecTV is cancelling Newsmax—the last (Edited per community guidelines) news channel. If this is not resolved with Newsmax being restored I will be cancelling my subscriptions.
