U-verse TV Equipment

I cannot get my tv to change channels nor will it show the Guide. Volume control works. I’ve reset multiple times to no avail

I returned the router using the supplied USPS label. I have a tracking number. The router was received by the " return agent" the next day. I received another letter, " final notice" I owed $159 for unperturbed equipment. The csa I just talked to tried to tell me to check with the post office blah b

The power button has stopped working It was programmed to turn on the ATT U-verse box, the TV, and the Audio Receiver.  I can not clear the programed keys because when pressing the MENU button and the OK button nothing happens (ie POWER button does not light up).  You can't get a replacem

I am unable to view live content in full screen, and am relegated to watching on approx 25% of the screen and displaying the guide at all times. I am using an android phone and running the current version of the uverse app. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
