My Annual Plan is due for renewal in January 2023. A 'local' AT&T mentions that my 300$ Annual Plan is now a 16GB per 30 day period and unused 'rolls' to next 30 day term if NOT used. I DO NOT SPEAK - I'd like that confirmed in some fashion (PM/DM) and I received a 13Pro MAX today for Christmas.

I see AT&T is offering double data on its $300 annual plan: 16gb a month instead of the usual 8gb. Will customers already on the annual plan start getting the extra data too? If not, can they switch to it at renewal somehow?

When I joined at&t in September, I was told by the clerk at the store that I could be given a discount of 15$ if I paid in advance, but I have not been given any discount yet. Until now, I have paid 30$ every month. I set up credit card prepayments but didn't get the deals I was promised.
