Online Account Access

The verification process does not list my phone number as one of the options to send the verification code. How can I include my phone number?

I am unable to login to my account because I cannot receive a security code for login because my phones are both inoperative

I have two issues: 1) Even thought I have been an AT&T customer since 1999, I was given a new account number on January 6, 2023, because my son withdrew from my plan to start his own AT&T plan with wife. I'm not sure what my new account number is and haven't been able to find out online (MyA

The website thinks I have something in my shopping cart (the number 1 is displayed in a colored circle next to cart icon0. However, the cart is actually empty, and I am unable to retrieve an old cart using any know email.  A simple bug, I presume, just an annoyance.

How can I see the actual content of text messages on a phone that is on my account instead of just seeing
