What is the difference between AT&T International Day Pass($10/day) and AT&T International Calling Package ($15/mo.)? Which one is the cheapest to use? If I am using my phone daily(calls, text etc.) it would seem AT&T International Calling Package is the better deal? I have AT&T Int

For the past 5 hours I have not been able to make any calls out. It automatically goes to “call failed” or SOS. My next door neighbor asked if we are having the same issues. What is going on? When I check the outage page nothing comes up.

In the last month, my service, as well as my family and friends has gone down hill. No signal in an area where we used to have great service.  Yes, we have run diagnostics, everything as far as the phone is fine.  What's going on? 

Can I manually selected the network (carrier) that will be used for International roaming or I need to use the auto selection due to my International Roaming Day Pass?
