Landline Phone Troubleshooting

Who do I contact to get an old phone pedestal removed? It has been there for ages and is bent and mangled with wires all over the place.

Is there any way to report an outage on a landline besides staying on hold for an hour or more??

no show for technician appointment. When inquired was told it would be the next day. Again no technician the next day. What should I do?

@ATThelp I reached out about possibly obtaining an easement release letter for an unused easement but haven't heard back about the engineering review after about a month. How do I follow up on this? If there's a better way to contact AT&T directly, please let me know!
