when someone calls, they can hear me but I cant hear them ... and there is a fierce echo.

My wife and I bought a property some time ago. She has spent many hours being transferred from line to line trying to resolve the broken/damaged pedestals in our yard, but no one has been able to give her an answer or dedicate any help to resolve the issue.  It would be great to see these prop
