I have lost the ability to receive mms and txt messages from email.

My service has been so slow for the entire year that I can't even upload pages on the internet .

Does USB tethering to a device use mobile hotspot data or cellular data?

I don’t know exactly when but I have stopped receiving the short SMS verification codes. This is creating huge problems for 2FA
