Need pin to transfer home phone to another service provider.

I simply wanted to look at my online bill. I can log oto my account but it says my number isn't "linked" but gives no path to that. I give it my phone number OR account number and ZIp but it says they can 't proceed. I just spent nearly 4 hours on their chat and phone support lines being transferred

i had a company called Converged Telephony Networks contact us saying they are working with AT&T to convert our lines to get off analog. Is ATT working with this company?

We're moving and ATT doesn't provide land lines there. Will/can ATT still provide cellular service to our 2 iPhones?

Heeelarious. I couldn't find my question answered or a number to cal ATT about possible fraud. I add to the survey question..I'm surprised the link didn't take me to one of those user forums. And here I am. ATT is a joke that I keep paying so I guess that makes me a fool.

I had a land line that was converted to digital when I had vdsl2 Att internet installed.  The internet uses old copper phone lines as this is rural area.  Can I cancel home phone and keep internet... ATT chat cant answer question.   Thanks
