AT&T Internet Plans

Our bill had been $46 when we had a land-line phone. We cancelled that line, but kept the internet.  Now our bill is $51.  Is that because we only have internet?  Is that what stand-alone means on our bill?  Is there a real reason the cost had to go up?

Our data usage increased drastically from November 2022 to December 2022. Nothing has changed so we don't know why or how or where the increase is coming from.  now we are getting billed $10 per day.  This has been going on since December.  Thank you
