AT&T Internet Installation

Why won’t my ID count as verification for my upgrade? Everyone on our account is an authorized user, but it says not verified and cancels the order. It’s so frustrating!  I have tried twice and at 7pm the next day, both times, my order is cancelled!  My ID is legit and up to date!  

We have an HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 and have had major issues over the last 2 years with inconsistent connection to the printer. After researching this, a number of other ATT customers are having this issue.  So, what brand / model printer do you recommend to work with our router? 

I used to have att prepaid. I got my phone records going back to 2018. There is a long code that appears quite frequently that I can’t seem to find an answer to who it is connected to. I am trying to see my text and call log data from my AT&T app and it only shows me usage data as a whole under inverse data. Why is that happening?
