How do I get direct help from ATT customer service 🤔
I canceled my direct tv in jan/Feb but its still showing up on my bill. Direct tv says it's an att issue. And there is no way to email att and the chat is not a live person.... so frustrating 😫

DO NOT USE AT&T
I’ve had AT&T for years and for the first few years, it was pretty good. A reliable internet service that gave average internet speeds, upload and download. But a few years ago, I would say about 3 years about, the internet shot down. I checked all stats and it said that it was completely fine.
